Yeah, no. Anyone who’s hand landed on it would’ve done that, it doesn’t make her special. And the fact that River Song scared this creature into begging for mercy with just her name is far more terrifying than having to absorb the time vortex to get the job done because she couldn’t do it herself.

I find this to be odd, and maybe even a bit inconsiderate. Perhaps this could be used a plot device?
How is it inconsiderate? Or odd? In showbiz sets get reused, torn down, and remade all the time as do locations. (In both the same shows and in other shows that shoot in the same lot/same location.) They have to, otherwise they’d run out of money making brand new...
