I'm an English Writing and Women's Studies dual major. I'm a feminist, a Whovian, and a writer.

I LOVE River Song and I LOATHE Rose Tyler. Also, I don't like Regina Mills and the fact that she systematically raped Graham, but the writers make light of it because she's "hot." These things will be blatantly clear on my Tumblr. If you can't handle that, it would be best not to follow me in the first place. I do not hold back about the things I love and hate.

I wrote four pages on a reading response, felt so accomplished because it took me forever, and then looked at my assignment sheet this morning and found out the requirement was three pages.

My mom decided to get interested in my latest textbook and I notice she’s several pages in while I’ve been scrolling and I’m like, “Excuse me, but why are you not reading out loud?” Seriously, I could be taking care of my reading assignment and blogging simultaneously if she’d just cooperate with me.

So I was assigned to “take possession of your ‘home place’ and write two pages minimum using sensory detail and at least two characters that resonate that place (attire, accent, etc). How do the inhabitants inform the place and how does the place inform the inhabitants?” This is probably not what my professor had in mind, but she didn’t say it couldn’t be a virtual place, so I’m “taking possession” of Tumblr, which means I have to use it for research as I’m writing this.
